Else-Marie Svingen (Norway)
Else Marie Svingen works as a senior consultant at The Regional Centre for Deafblind, Skaadalen Resource Centre in Oslo, Norway. She works in the field of habilitation and rehabilitation for people with deafblindness. The Regional Centre gives services directly to the users, the family and personal network and the staff in the municiplities. In recent years she has worked on projects concerning research and information on age related needs with severe agerelated vision and hearing problems.
